I graduated from Long Beach State in 2009 with a degree in Art and Graphic Design. I consider myself an artist and free-spirited person, and am very passionate about the Arts in general. I believe that art can change people–it doesn’t matter where you live or what you do–it has the ability to influence you in one way or another.     Not to hijack this thread, but I’m interested in seeing if I’m eligible for a short sale and I don’t know how to find a good, local realtor… do you have any info on this realtor?
